Pressure Washing in Carlton Woods

Large custom homes, natural stone, tile roofs and long paver drives all deserve more care than a quick blast with a pressure washer. On homes like these, most of the work is a gentle soft wash, planned around what your house is made of.

Built around two golf courses

Homes That Call for a Lighter Touch

Carlton Woods started taking shape in the late 1990s as the only gated community in The Woodlands, with a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus at its center. A few years later, Carlton Woods Creekside added a second course designed by Tom Fazio. Today it's known for big custom homes on deep, wooded lots.

Homes like these are built from materials that are expensive to replace. Natural stone and cast stone trim, stucco, clay and concrete tile, and wide paver driveways all look great clean, and all of them can be damaged by the wrong pressure in the wrong place. High pressure can etch stone, crack tile and wash the sand right out from between the pavers.

So we lean on soft washing here. The cleaning solution does the work on the walls and the roof, and we save the pressure for the concrete that can handle it.

Surface by surface

Every Material Gets Its Own Approach

A house like yours might have five or six different surfaces on the outside. Here's how we handle the most common ones.

Water running off the eave of a red tile roof
Tile RoofsA low-pressure wash and a gentle rinse, since clay and concrete tile can crack under the wrong pressure.
Roofline Christmas lights on a two-story stone home at dusk with a lit tree in the front yard
Stone, Stucco and BrickSoft washed so the mildew and dirt come off and the finish stays exactly the way the builder left it.

Pavers and DrivesCleaned at a pressure that lifts the grime without emptying the joints between the stones.

More than a wash

One Call for the Whole Outside

Big homes have a lot of glass, a lot of roofline and a lot of gutter. Instead of lining up a different company for each, you can have us take care of all of it, on one visit or on a regular schedule. Ask about a maintenance agreement, which comes with discounted services and priority scheduling. You can read more about the area on our page about The Woodlands.

Common questions

Questions About Estate Homes

How do you handle the gate?

We'll get the details from you when we schedule, whether that's a name on the visitor list or anything else the gate needs, so the crew isn't left waiting at the entrance.

Will you pressure wash my natural stone?

Not the way you'd pressure wash a driveway. On stone, the cleaning solution loosens the dirt and the growth, and a gentle rinse carries it off, so the surface comes clean without any marks left behind.

Can you clean all the windows too?

We can. Bigger homes tend to have a lot of glass, and our window cleaning is done by hand, pane by pane, with each one squeegeed dry so it doesn't streak.

Do you hang Christmas lights on bigger homes?

We do. Our Christmas light installation includes taking everything down after the holidays, and long rooflines are exactly where professional lighting looks its best.

Let's Plan Your Home's Cleaning

Every home here is different, so tell us about yours, what it's made of and what you'd like cleaned, and we'll put together a free estimate.
