Clean, stain, repair or replace
Whether your fence just needs a wash and a fresh coat of stain, a few new pickets and a post reset, or it's finally time for a new one, we handle all of it, from The Woodlands and Spring to Conroe, Tomball and north Houston.
What we do
Not every tired fence needs to come out. We'll tell you honestly whether yours needs a cleaning, a repair or a replacement.

We wash off the gray, the mildew and the green, then stain the wood to protect it from sun and moisture.

Leaning sections, broken posts, loose boards and missing pickets, fixed without tearing out the whole fence.

When it's past saving, we take the old fence out and build a new one that fits your yard and your style.

Classic wood privacy fences or low-maintenance vinyl, depending on what you want to live with.
Repair or replace?
Here's the rule of thumb we go by when we look a fence over, and we'll point out what we're seeing before we recommend anything.
Cleaning and staining
Bare wood takes a beating in Houston. The sun bleaches it gray, the humidity feeds mildew, and every rain soaks into the grain and swells it. That cycle is what splits boards and rots posts years earlier than they should.
A good stain blocks the UV and slows the water down, and it brings back the warm color of the wood. Before any stain goes on, we wash the fence, so the stain soaks into clean wood instead of sealing dirt and mildew underneath.
If you'd like the fence washed on a regular schedule, it can go on a scheduled maintenance agreement with the rest of your pressure washing.
UV protection keeps the boards from going gray and brittle.
Water beads up instead of soaking in and swelling the wood.
Your fence looks like it was built this year instead of a decade ago.
How a new fence gets built
We come out, measure the fence and talk through height, style and material.
We settle the height, style and material together. If your HOA has to approve it, that's the time to send in the request.
The old boards, rails and posts come out to make room for the new line.
Posts get set, rails go on, and the pickets go up straight and even.
We clean up and look over the new fence with you before we call it done.
Live in an HOA neighborhood? Many communities around The Woodlands, Spring and Conroe have rules about fence height, style and stain color, and some want plans approved before work begins. It's worth checking your deed restrictions early so the new fence goes up without a hitch.
Common questions
Not sure whether your fence can be saved? Text us a couple of photos and we'll give you our honest take.
In our climate, every few years is a good rhythm, depending on how much sun the fence gets and the kind of stain used. When water stops beading up on the boards, it's time.
New wood usually needs some time to dry out before it'll take stain well. We'll let you know when your new fence is ready for it.
It can if it's done carelessly, because too much pressure furs up the wood and gouges soft boards. We clean fences with the right pressure for the wood and let the cleaner do most of the work.
Of course. It doesn't matter who built it. If it can be saved, we'll fix it.
Wood looks warm and natural and is easy to repair a board at a time, but it needs cleaning and stain to last. Vinyl costs more up front, but it needs very little upkeep beyond an occasional wash. We'll talk through which fits your yard and budget.
Taking the old fence out is part of a replacement, and we'll go over cleanup and haul-off when we price the job so there are no surprises.
