Pressure Washing in Spring, TX

Spring is where we started as Clean Curb Appeal back in 2014, and it's still where we're based. From here we wash houses, roofs, driveways and storefronts across Spring and the north Houston area.

Why Spring homes get dirty fast

Shade, Creeks and a Lot of Humidity

A lot of Spring sits under heavy tree cover along Spring Creek and Cypress Creek, and between the shade and Houston's humidity, the shady side of a house can stay damp for days.

That combination is perfect for mildew and algae. It shows up as a green film on the north wall, black streaks on the roof and a slick, dark layer on driveways and patios that sit under the trees. Our soft wash gets the walls and roof clean without damaging them, and our pressure washing brings the concrete back to its original color.

Spring is also unincorporated, so a lot of neighborhoods rely on their HOAs to keep up appearances. If you've gotten a letter about the siding or the driveway, give us a call and we'll get you squared away.

Newer neighborhoods and busy retail centers with plenty of driveways, sidewalks and parking lots.

Are you actually based in Spring?

We are. We started here in 2014 as Clean Curb Appeal, and Spring is still home base, so you're never far from us.

How often should I pressure wash my driveway in Spring?

Once a year works for most driveways here. If yours sits under pines or oaks and stays shaded, the green comes back faster, and twice a year or a maintenance agreement makes more sense.

Can you clean up the house before an HOA deadline?

Yes, if we have a little notice. Give us the date when you reach out and we'll do our best to get you on the schedule ahead of it.

Do you clean storefronts in Old Town Spring?

We do commercial work all over Spring, from building washing to sidewalk cleaning and parking lot cleaning, and we can schedule around your business hours.

Is pressure washing safe for my siding?

High pressure isn't, which is why we keep it off your siding. The walls get a soft wash that cleans with a solution instead of force, and we save the pressure for concrete.
