Pressure Washing in Houston, TX
We're based just north of the city in Spring, and we take jobs all over Houston, from houses in the neighborhoods to shopping centers, office buildings, garages and parking lots across town.

What the city does to concrete
Houston Is Hard on a Property
Between the heat, the humidity and the kind of rain that floods a parking lot in twenty minutes, Houston wears on the outside of a building fast. Concrete soaks up oil from every car that parks on it. Mildew grows on any wall that doesn't get much sun. Curbs, drive lanes and entrances pick up tire marks, gum and grime from the steady traffic.
None of that fixes itself, and it adds up quicker on a busy commercial property than it does on a house. A storefront with a stained entrance and a faded lot looks closed even when it isn't.
We bring commercial-grade equipment to every job, so a big lot or a multilevel garage gets the same careful cleaning as a single driveway, just on a bigger scale.

Where Your Wash Water Goes Matters Here
Houston's storm drains don't lead to a treatment plant. They empty into the bayous, and the city doesn't allow wash water full of oil and grease to go down them. That's a big deal for commercial pressure washing, since a parking lot or a garage deck produces a lot of dirty water.
On properties that call for it, we set up to collect the wash water as we clean, so it doesn't run into the storm drains.
Where it usually applies
- Parking garages with drains that lead straight out
- Shopping centers with storm inlets across the lot
- Restaurant lots
- Properties whose managers require it

The Whole Outside of a Commercial Property
A lot of property managers end up calling one company to wash the building, another to clean the lot and a third to restripe it. We do all three, so you've only got one company to call.

Your House Gets the Same Care
We clean houses in Houston too, not just commercial properties. Siding and roofs get a low-pressure soft wash that's safe on brick, stucco, vinyl and shingles. Driveways, walkways and patios get the pressure, and the gutters and windows can be quoted along with it.
If you're not sure which one your house needs, tell us what you're seeing and we'll point you in the right direction.
Common questions
Working in Houston: Common Questions
If yours isn't here, call or text us at (281) 730-7051.
Do you really cover all of Houston?
We do. We're based in Spring, just north of the city, and we take jobs throughout Houston. We regularly work as far out as Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland and Clear Lake, too. See our service areas for the rest.
Does my property need water reclamation?
It depends on the property, what's being washed off and where the water would go. If you're inside the city limits, bring it up when you request a quote and we'll plan the job around it.
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. Let us know when your customers and tenants are coming and going, and we'll plan the work so it gets in their way as little as possible.
