The Montgomery County seat
Pressure Washing in Conroe, TX
Conroe has a little bit of everything, from the brick storefronts downtown and the older homes in Historic Uptown to the neighborhoods out toward Lake Conroe and the newer streets of Grand Central Park. We clean all of it.
Old and new, side by side
One Town, a Lot of Different Houses
About 40 miles north of downtown Houston, Conroe is the county seat for Montgomery County, and it's been growing in every direction. A Conroe job could be an older home a few blocks from the courthouse one day and a two-year-old build off Loop 336 the next.
Those houses don't get cleaned the same way. Older brick and mortar, painted wood trim and original windows need a gentle touch. Newer homes come with their own mess, like the dust and mud that settle on everything while the streets around them are still being built.
So before we pull out a hose, we look at what your house is made of and how old it is, and we plan the cleaning around that.

How the Job Changes Across Conroe
Each part of town comes with its own kind of dirt. Here's what tends to show up where, and what usually takes care of it.
| Part of town | What you'll usually find | What usually helps |
|---|---|---|
| Downtown and Historic Uptown | Older brick, painted wood trim and sidewalks that have seen a lot of years. | A low-pressure house wash for the walls and trim, and pressure washing for the concrete. |
| Out toward Lake Conroe | Extra humidity, mildew on the shady walls and slick patios and pool decks. | Soft washing for the house and roof, plus a careful patio and pool deck cleaning. |
| Newer neighborhoods still being built | Construction dust, mud tracked across driveways and new concrete you'd like to keep looking new. | A first cleaning once the dust settles, then a maintenance agreement to stay ahead of it. |
| Along I-45 and Loop 336 | Storefronts, walkways and parking lots that collect oil, gum and tire marks. | Parking lot cleaning, building washing and striping. |

For Conroe businesses
Conroe Storefronts and Parking Lots
Conroe's commercial corridor keeps filling in, and every new shopping center, office and restaurant along I-45 and Loop 336 needs to look sharp for the people pulling in. We handle the whole outside of a commercial property, from the building and the sidewalks to the parking lot itself.
That includes the parking lot work that usually means calling a second company, like restriping a faded lot, sealcoating the asphalt and removing old markings when the layout changes.
Common questions
Before You Book in Conroe
Do you come out to Conroe for smaller jobs?
We do. Conroe is a short drive up I-45 from us in Spring, and it's one of the towns we work in regularly, whether it's a whole house or a single driveway.
Is soft washing safe on older brick?
It's the safest way to clean it. High pressure can chew up older, softer mortar, so we wash old brick at low pressure and let the cleaning solution do the work.
Can you clean the patio and pool deck at a lake home?
We can. A lot of lake-home decks are coated or stamped, so we turn the pressure well down from what a driveway gets. You can see the process on our pool patio cleaning project.
My house is brand new. Does it really need cleaning already?
Often it does. A neighborhood that's still being built leaves dust and mud on everything, and getting it off before the sun bakes it on keeps your siding and your new concrete looking the way they did on move-in day.
Do you also work in Willis, Montgomery and the towns around Conroe?
We do. Take a look at our service areas for the full list, and if you don't see your town, just ask.
