We're a small, locally owned company out of Spring with the equipment and the experience to take on big jobs. We've been washing homes around Spring since 2014, first as Clean Curb Appeal and now as Jade, and today we take care of businesses and parking lots too.

It started with pressure washing and soft washing for homeowners in Spring, the same kind of work that's still at the heart of what we do.

Assets From Three More Companies
Over the years, Clean Curb Appeal acquired assets from Aqua Aces, Aces Commercial Services and All Service Striping, and building washing, parking lot maintenance and striping joined the residential work.

One Name: Jade Exterior Services
Today it's all one company, Jade Exterior Services LLC, and one call covers everything from your gutters to a shopping center's parking lot.
