Residential and commercial glass
Pollen, hard water spots and the film that blows off the siding all end up on your glass. We hand wash the glass we can reach and squeegee it dry, and we use a water-fed pole for the high windows, so the only thing you notice afterward is the view.
How we do it

We call it Nose to Glass because that's how close we get. Each pane is washed by hand with a scrubber to loosen the dirt, pollen and spots, then cleared with a squeegee and detailed at the edges so nothing's left to dry into streaks.
It takes longer than a quick rinse, and you'll see the difference the first time the afternoon sun hits the glass.

Second-story windows, the tall glass over a staircase and the transoms above the front door are the ones that never get cleaned, because nobody wants to drag a ladder out for them. We reach most of them from the ground with a water-fed pole, so there's no ladder leaning on your siding or your shrubs.
Those are usually the windows that need it most, since they catch the most pollen and almost never see a rag.
Why the order matters
A lot of what's on your windows actually came off the walls. Mildew, dirt and pollen collect on the siding and trim, and every rain washes a little of it down onto the glass. If the windows get cleaned first, the next storm puts it right back.
That's why we suggest pairing a house wash with your window cleaning. We'll soft wash the exterior, then come behind it and do the glass, and the whole house looks finished instead of half done.

Homes and businesses
Whether it's spring cleaning or getting the house ready to sell, clean glass makes every room brighter and the whole house look cared for, inside and out.
Customers judge a business by its front windows before they ever walk in. We clean storefront glass, office windows and entry doors, and we'll set up a schedule that works around your hours so we're never in the way.
Common questions
Have something we didn't cover? Text us a photo of the windows and your question, and we'll get right back to you.
Text Us a PhotoWe clean the outside of the glass, where the pollen, spots and runoff build up. If you'd like the inside done too, ask when you call and we'll tell you what we can do.
Light spotting usually comes off with a good hand wash. Sprinkler spots that have been baking on the glass for years can be stubborn, and we'll be upfront about how much of it will come off before you pay for anything.
Once or twice a year works for most homes, and right after the spring pollen is a good time, since that's when the glass looks worst. Storefronts usually need it much more often, since the glass is right where customers touch it and look through it.
Yes. Using a water-fed pole from the ground means we're not setting ladders in your flower beds, and we'll work around anything delicate you point out.
Yes. Windows pair naturally with a house wash, and you can add gutters or the driveway too. Ask about a residential bundle when you call.
Tell us how many windows you have and how many stories the house is, and we'll get you a free quote. Businesses can send their details through the commercial form.
